Hill

In tidal waves
With the mind slaves
The electric vibrations
Were left to be swaying
In breezes
Rattled leaves
In bending trees
Energy surges
Bursts into a million
Holes of light
Breaking new
Ground in the daytime
The situation combines
Every night in dreams
Memory creams
Spill over the edge
We have endless
Words – a – reeling
But in the end
We want to budge
Because walking
Is standing still
I’m in for keeps
We all have this hill
If we can’t scale
Even an inch nail
The day will marry
The night and we will
All be worse than real.

Settle in the sway
Of wordings
The lift of life
Becomes radio endings
For new have eyes and ears
We shut them tight
For hundreds of years
We bind our legs
With bandages
We cry “we are free”
Laughing at eternity.
When we laugh
The echo pierces the air
We are drowned
Somewhere down there
In our lives melting
Until our dying day
The tidal waves
Pass us by even though
We don’t sit under the trees
We can feel
The lightness
Of the breeze
Words fall from our mouths
They disappear into the ground.
